As an important element in the overall plan for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the China National Convention Center (CNCC) is ideally located in the heart of the Olympic Green. You can stroll to the neighboring National Stadium (Bird Nest) and the National Aquatics Center (Water Cube). The CNCC served as the main press and international broadcasting location and the venues for fencing and pistol shooting competitions during the Olympic events in 2008. This will always be an attractive place for people to visit from all over the world.

CNCC It features a large and modern state-of-the-art complex. With a total of 530,000 square meters in area, CNCC is designed to provide complete services for conferences, exhibitions, and activities, with offices, commercial areas, and hotels as affiliated facilities.

The main building at CNCC covers 270,000 square meters in size: 400m long from south to north and 150m wide. The design of the roof has inherited the concept of curvilinear architecture from the ancient Chinese. The lower middle part is set off from the four higher corners in such a manner as to express this beauty. It has also been designed to symbolize a bridge of communication between peoples of the world.
